Some of us, battling mental illness, spend days counting the number of antidepressants they have to take. Some of us go through the battle in silence, and somehow go through their days aimlessly. While mental illness is different for everyone, there’s one thing that keeps us somewhat “normal”. That is music, on the days we actually can listen to music.
